Supplementary Provisions, Article 100Effect of Dispositions

Except as otherwise provided by these Supplementary Provisions, a disposition, procedure, or other action undertaken before this Act comes into force based on the pre-amendment provisions of any of the relevant Acts (including orders based on those Acts; hereinafter the same applies in this Article), and with regard to which there are equivalent provisions in the post-amendment Acts, is deemed to have been undertaken based on the equivalent provisions of the post-amendment Acts.
