A person who has an interest in whether a sale of immovable property is permitted or not permitted may state their opinion, at the date for the ruling on the sale, regarding any of the grounds stated in the items of the following Article that affect their rights.
不動産の売却の許可又は不許可に関し利害関係を有する者は、次条各号に掲げる事由で自己の権利に影響のあるものについて、売却決定期日において意見を陳述することができる。
