If an enforcement court finds there to be any of the following grounds, it must rule not to permit the sale:
執行裁判所は、次に掲げる事由があると認めるときは、売却不許可決定をしなければならない。
the proceedings for the compulsory auction should not be commenced or continued;
強制競売の手続の開始又は続行をすべきでないこと。
the highest bidder lacks the qualification or capacity to purchase the immovable property or their agent lacks the authority to act as agent;
最高価買受申出人が不動産を買い受ける資格若しくは能力を有しないこと又はその代理人がその権限を有しないこと。
the highest bidder is a person who has made a purchase offer on the account of a person who is not eligible to purchase the immovable property;
最高価買受申出人が不動産を買い受ける資格を有しない者の計算において買受けの申出をした者であること。
the highest bidder, their agent or the person who, on their own account, had the highest bidder make a purchase offer falls under any of the following categories:
最高価買受申出人、その代理人又は自己の計算において最高価買受申出人に買受けの申出をさせた者が次のいずれかに該当すること。
a person who has engaged in the act prescribed in Article 65, item (i) in the proceedings for the compulsory auction;
その強制競売の手続において第六十五条第一号に規定する行為をした者
a person who has failed to pay the price or a person who has, on their own account, had the relevant person make a purchase offer in the proceedings for the compulsory auction;
その強制競売の手続において、代金の納付をしなかつた者又は自己の計算においてその者に買受けの申出をさせたことがある者
the person stated in Article 65, item (ii) or (iii);
the highest bidder or a person who makes the highest bidder make the purchase offer on their own account falls under any of the following items:
最高価買受申出人又は自己の計算において最高価買受申出人に買受けの申出をさせた者が次のいずれかに該当すること。
a current or former member of an organized crime group (including a person who is a current or former member of an organized crime group when the purchase offer is made);
暴力団員等（買受けの申出がされた時に暴力団員等であつた者を含む。）
a corporation which has a person who falls under a current or former member of an organized crime group as its officer (including a corporation which had a person who falls under a current or former member of an organized crime group as its officer when the purchase offer is made);
法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員等に該当する者があるもの（買受けの申出がされた時にその役員のうちに暴力団員等に該当する者があつたものを含む。）
there is a petition not to permit the sale under Article 75, paragraph (1);
第七十五条第一項の規定による売却の不許可の申出があること。
there is a serious error in the determination of the standard sales price or of a package sale, in the preparation of the description of property, or in the procedures for those;
売却基準価額若しくは一括売却の決定、物件明細書の作成又はこれらの手続に重大な誤りがあること。
there is a serious error in the procedure of sale.
