    The provisions of Article 35, paragraphs (23) and (34) of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis to the special representative referred to in the preceding paragraph.

    This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code, etc. (Act No. 45 of 2026; hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code, etc. Amendment Act") comes into effect.

    この法律は、民法等の一部を改正する法律（令和八年法律第四十五号。以下「民法等改正法」という。）の施行の日から施行する。
