Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 2 years from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Civil Enforcement Act
第四条（民事訴訟法及び民事執行法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to cases of provisional seizure or provisional disposition pertaining to an application for an order of provisional seizure or provisional disposition made before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした仮差押え又は仮処分の命令の申請に係る仮差押え又は仮処分の事件については、なお従前の例による。
