Article 130Voidance of a Seizure of Seized Property that Is Unlikely to Be Sold
第百三十条（売却の見込みのない差押物の差押えの取消し）
If a seized property is not expected to be sold even after implementing a sale by a reasonable method, a court enforcement officer may void the seizure of that seized property.
差押物について相当な方法による売却の実施をしてもなお売却の見込みがないときは、執行官は、その差押物の差押えを取り消すことができる。
