An administrator must perform their duties with due care of a prudent manager.
管理人は、善良な管理者の注意をもつてその職務を行わなければならない。
If an administrator fails to have the due care referred to in the preceding paragraph, the administrator is jointly and severally liable to compensate for damage to any person having an interest.
管理人が前項の注意を怠つたときは、その管理人は、利害関係を有する者に対し、連帯して損害を賠償する責めに任ずる。
