Article 70Procedures Where a Specially Qualified Recipient Takes Public Vocational Training, etc.
第七十条(特例受給資格者が公共職業訓練等を受ける場合の手続)
With regard to a specially qualified recipient who falls under Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Act, the provisions of the preceding two Articles do not apply, and the provisions of Section 2 apply to that person, deeming the person to be a qualified recipient.
A person who has been issued a specially qualified recipient's certificate must, when the person has come to fall under Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Act, return the specially qualified recipient's certificate in the person's custody to the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office. In this case, the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office must enter the necessary matters in a qualified recipient's certificate and issue it to that person.
When a person who has been issued a special recipient qualification notice has come to fall under Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Act, the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office must issue to that person a notice of recipient qualification stating the necessary matters.
