Article 101-2-4Certification Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第百一条の二の四（法第六十条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める証明）
The certification specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act is, according to the categories of persons set out in the following items, the certification specified respectively in those items.
法第六十条の二第一項の厚生労働省令で定める証明は、次の各号に掲げる者の区分に応じ、それぞれ当該各号に定める証明とする。
a person who has taken and completed the general educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (i): certification of having completed that general educational training pertaining to payment of educational training benefits (limited to that certified by the practitioner of specified educational training pertaining to that general educational training; hereinafter referred to as a "certificate of completion of general educational training");
第百一条の二の七第一号に規定する一般教育訓練を受け、修了した者 教育訓練給付金の支給に係る当該一般教育訓練を修了したことの証明（当該一般教育訓練に係る指定教育訓練実施者により証明がされたものに限る。以下「一般教育訓練修了証明書」という。）
a person who has taken and completed the specified general educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (ii): certification of having completed that specified general educational training pertaining to payment of educational training benefits (limited to that certified by the practitioner of specified educational training pertaining to that specified general educational training; hereinafter referred to as a "certificate of completion of specified general educational training");

a person who has taken and completed the specialized practical educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (iv) (including a person who is taking that specialized practical educational training): certification of having completed that specialized practical educational training pertaining to payment of educational training benefits (limited to that certified by the practitioner of specified educational training pertaining to that specialized practical educational training; hereinafter referred to as a "certificate of completion of specialized practical educational training") (for a person who is taking that specialized practical educational training pertaining to payment of educational training benefits, certification of having achieved the results and goals necessary for completing that specialized practical educational training for each payment unit period prescribed in Article 101-2-13, paragraph (4) (limited to that certified by the practitioner of specified educational training pertaining to that specialized practical educational training; referred to as a "certificate of attendance" in Article 101-2-13, paragraph (5), item (i))).
第百一条の二の七第四号に規定する専門実践教育訓練を受け、修了した者（当該専門実践教育訓練を受けている者を含む。） 教育訓練給付金の支給に係る当該専門実践教育訓練を修了したことの証明（当該専門実践教育訓練に係る指定教育訓練実施者により証明がされたものに限る。以下「専門実践教育訓練修了証明書」という。）（教育訓練給付金の支給に係る当該専門実践教育訓練を受けている者にあつては、第百一条の二の十三第四項に規定する支給単位期間ごとに当該専門実践教育訓練の修了に必要な実績及び目標を達成していることの証明（当該専門実践教育訓練に係る指定教育訓練実施者により証明がされたものに限る。第百一条の二の十三第五項第一号において「受講証明書」という。））
