第百一条の二の三十（法第六十条の四第二項第二号の厚生労働省令で定める理由）
The reasons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-4, paragraph (2), item (ii) of the Act are the reasons set out in the items of Article 36.
法第六十条の四第二項第二号の厚生労働省令で定める理由は、第三十六条各号に掲げる理由とする。
