第百一条の二の十五（特定一般教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給）
When the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office has decided on payment of educational training benefits pertaining to specified general educational training to an educational training benefit recipient who falls under the persons set out in Article 101-2-7, item (ii), the Chief is to pay the educational training benefits within seven days counting from the day following that day.
管轄公共職業安定所の長は、第百一条の二の七第二号に掲げる者に該当する教育訓練給付金支給対象者に対する特定一般教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給を決定したときは、その日の翌日から起算して七日以内に教育訓練給付金を支給するものとする。
When the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office has decided on payment of educational training benefits pertaining to specified general educational training to an educational training benefit recipient who falls under the persons set out in Article 101-2-7, item (iii), the Chief is to pay, within seven days counting from the day following that day, an amount calculated by the method determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare on the basis of the amount obtained by subtracting the amount of educational training benefits pertaining to that specified general educational training already paid from the amount of those educational training benefits.
管轄公共職業安定所の長は、第百一条の二の七第三号に掲げる者に該当する教育訓練給付金支給対象者に対する特定一般教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給を決定したときは、その日の翌日から起算して七日以内に、当該教育訓練給付金の額から既に支給を受けた当該特定一般教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の額を減じて得た額を基礎として、厚生労働大臣の定める方法により算定して得た額を支給するものとする。
