Supplementary Provisions, Article 17Transitional Measures Concerning Payment of Educational Training Leave Benefits
第十七条（教育訓練休暇給付金の支給に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 60-3 of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions) (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iii) new Employment Insurance Act") apply to generally insured persons (meaning the generally insured persons prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1), item (i) of the item (iii) new Employment Insurance Act; the same applies in the following paragraph) who commence the educational training leave prescribed in Article 60-3, paragraph (1) of the item (iii) new Employment Insurance Act on or after the effective date of the provisions set forth in that item.
第二条の規定（附則第一条第三号に掲げる改正規定に限る。）による改正後の雇用保険法（以下「第三号新雇用保険法」という。）第六十条の三の規定は、同号に掲げる規定の施行の日以後に第三号新雇用保険法第六十条の三第一項に規定する教育訓練休暇を開始した一般被保険者（第三号新雇用保険法第六十条の二第一項第一号に規定する一般被保険者をいう。次項において同じ。）について適用する。
