第八条（育児休業給付金に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 61-4 of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 2 amendment apply to a person who began the leave prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the effective date, and with regard to a person who began the leave prescribed in Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act before the Article 2 amendment before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条改正後雇用保険法第六十一条の四の規定は、施行日以後に同条第一項に規定する休業を開始した者について適用し、施行日前に第二条改正前雇用保険法第六十一条の四第一項に規定する休業を開始した者については、なお従前の例による。
