Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Concerning Employment Promotion Allowance
第四条（就業促進手当に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 56-3 of the Employment Insurance Act after the Article 2 amendment apply to a person who has come to fall under any of the items of paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the effective date, and with regard to the payment of the employment promotion allowance to a person who came to fall under any of the items of Article 56-3, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act before the Article 2 amendment before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条改正後雇用保険法第五十六条の三の規定は、施行日以後に同条第一項各号に該当する者となった者について適用し、施行日前に第二条改正前雇用保険法第五十六条の三第一項各号に該当する者となった者に対する就業促進手当の支給については、なお従前の例による。
