Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount of Childcare Leave Benefits
第七条（育児休業給付金の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 61-4, paragraph (4) of the new Employment Insurance Act to an insured person for whom the day preceding the day on which the person began the leave pertaining to the payment of childcare leave benefits falls before the effective date, the phrase "qualified recipient" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "former qualified recipient prescribed in Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act and the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance (Act No. 46 of 2011; hereinafter referred to as the "amending Act" in this paragraph)", the phrase "Article 17" with "that Article", and the phrase "of that Article" with "of Article 17 prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 of the amending Act".
育児休業給付金の支給に係る休業を開始した日の前日が施行日前である被保険者に対する新雇用保険法第六十一条の四第四項の規定の適用については、同項中「受給資格者」とあるのは「雇用保険法及び労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第四十六号。以下この項において「改正法」という。）附則第二条に規定する旧受給資格者」と、「第十七条」とあるのは「同条」と、「同条の」とあるのは「改正法第一条の規定による改正前の第十七条の」とする。
