第二条（基本手当の日額等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the daily amount of the basic allowance and the daily amount of wages for qualified recipients of the basic allowance whose day of separation from service pertaining to the recipient qualification is before the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date") (hereinafter referred to as "former qualified recipients"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
受給資格に係る離職の日がこの法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前である基本手当の受給資格者（以下「旧受給資格者」という。）に係る基本手当の日額及び賃金日額については、なお従前の例による。
