Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Individual Extended Benefits
第三条（個別延長給付に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by Article 1 apply to a person whose day of separation from service pertaining to the recipient qualification, or whose day on which the person finishes receiving payment of the basic allowance for the number of days equivalent to the prescribed duration of benefits, is on or after the effective date.
