第十条（雇用保険の教育訓練給付金に関する経過措置）
With regard to the payment of the educational training benefits under the provisions of Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act to a person prescribed in Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act who commenced the educational training prescribed in Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the post-2007 Employment Insurance Act before the date on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i)-2 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条第一号の二に掲げる規定の施行の日前に平成十九年改正後雇用保険法第六十条の二第一項に規定する教育訓練を開始した平成十九年改正後雇用保険法附則第八条に規定する者に対する同項の規定による教育訓練給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
