Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning the Amount of Nursing Care Leave Benefits under the Employment Insurance
第八条（雇用保険の介護休業給付金の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the amount of the nursing care leave benefits referred to in paragraph (1) of Article 61-7 of the Employment Insurance Act that are paid for a payment unit period prescribed in paragraph (3) of that Article whose first day is before January 1, 2001, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
雇用保険法第六十一条の七第三項に規定する支給単位期間であって、その初日が平成十三年一月一日前であるものについて支給される同条第一項の介護休業給付金の額については、なお従前の例による。
