第五条（雇用保険の個別延長給付の支給及び延長給付に関する調整に関する経過措置）
With regard to the payment of individual extended benefits under the provisions of Articles 22-2 and 23 of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "former Employment Insurance Act") and the adjustment concerning various kinds of extended benefits prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (1) of the former Employment Insurance Act under the provisions of that Article, for former qualified recipients, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
