Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending the table of contents, Article 15-6, paragraph (1), Article 16, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 17, Article 25, the title of Section 5 and Article 27 of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Vocational Abilities Development Act") in Article 1, the provisions adding a Section title after Article 27 of the Vocational Abilities Development Act, and the provisions amending Article 27-2, paragraph (2), Article 97-2 and Article 99-2 of the Vocational Abilities Development Act, the provisions of Article 2 (limited to the provisions amending Article 19, paragraph (1), items (i) and (ii) of the Employment Promotion Corporation Act), the provisions of the following Article through Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, Articles 6 through 8 and Articles 10 through 16 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the part replacing "Article 10, paragraph (2)" with "Article 10-2, paragraph (2)" in Article 63, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 116 of 1974)), and the provisions of Articles 18 through 23 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on April 1, 1999.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第一条中職業能力開発促進法（以下「能開法」という。）の目次、第十五条の六第一項、第十六条第一項及び第二項、第十七条、第二十五条、第五節の節名並びに第二十七条の改正規定、能開法第二十七条の次に節名を付する改正規定並びに能開法第二十七条の二第二項、第九十七条の二及び第九十九条の二の改正規定、第二条の規定（雇用促進事業団法第十九条第一項第一号及び第二号の改正規定に限る。）並びに次条から附則第四条まで、附則第六条から第八条まで及び第十条から第十六条までの規定、附則第十七条の規定（雇用保険法（昭和四十九年法律第百十六号）第六十三条第一項第四号中「第十条第二項」を「第十条の二第二項」に改める部分を除く。）並びに附則第十八条から第二十三条までの規定は、平成十一年四月一日から施行する。
