第三条（被保険者期間に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 14, paragraphs (1) and (3) to the period during which a specially insured person in short-term employment was a specially insured person in short-term employment, from the day on which the person became that specially insured person in short-term employment (referred to as the "date of acquisition of insured status" in this Article) until the day before the day on which the person ceased to be that specially insured person in short-term employment (referred to as the "date of loss of insured status" in this Article), in the case where the specially insured person in short-term employment has ceased to be that specially insured person in short-term employment (excluding the case where the person continues to be employed by the same employer as an insured person), the specially insured person in short-term employment is, for the time being, deemed to have ceased to be that specially insured person in short-term employment after having been continuously employed as a specially insured person in short-term employment from the first day of the month containing the date of acquisition of insured status until the last day of the month containing the day before the date of loss of insured status.
短期雇用特例被保険者が当該短期雇用特例被保険者でなくなつた場合（引き続き同一事業主に被保険者として雇用される場合を除く。）における当該短期雇用特例被保険者となつた日（以下この条において「資格取得日」という。）から当該短期雇用特例被保険者でなくなつた日（以下この条において「資格喪失日」という。）の前日までの間の短期雇用特例被保険者であつた期間についての第十四条第一項及び第三項の規定の適用については、当分の間、当該短期雇用特例被保険者は、資格取得日の属する月の初日から資格喪失日の前日の属する月の末日まで引き続き短期雇用特例被保険者として雇用された後当該短期雇用特例被保険者でなくなつたものとみなす。
