Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 1

The provisions then in force continue to govern the calculation of the amount of pension-type insurance benefits under Article 18, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 18-3 as amended by Article 1; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) for the months up to the month preceding the month containing the date of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and of the amounts of medical treatment compensation benefits, compensation payments for loss of salary during a temporary absence from work and nursing care compensation benefits under Article 18, paragraph (2) for which the ground for payment arose before the Effective Date.
