附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1984.
この省令は、昭和五十九年四月一日から施行する。
With regard to the basic daily benefit amount used in calculating the amount of the insurance benefits (excluding medical treatment compensation benefits) under the provisions of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and of the special payment for temporary absence from work under the provisions of the Rules for Payment of Special Payments for Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 30 of 1974), relating to an accident that occurred during the period in which the basic daily benefit amount of a person engaged in work listed in Article 46-18, item (iii) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 22 of 1955), whose basic daily benefit amount was set at 1,000 yen before the day on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 46-20, paragraph (1) of that Ordinance as applied with terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act and the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance, prior to the amendment (hereinafter referred to as a "specified specially enrolled person" in the following paragraph), was set at 1,000 yen, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
労働者災害補償保険法施行規則（昭和三十年労働省令第二十二号）第四十六条の十八第三号に掲げる作業に従事する者であつて、この省令の施行の日前に改正前の労働者災害補償保険法施行規則及び労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則の一部を改正する省令附則第二条第三項の規定により読み替えて適用する労働者災害補償保険法施行規則第四十六条の二十第一項の規定によりその者の給付基礎日額が千円とされていたもの（次項において「特定特別加入者」という。）の当該給付基礎日額が千円とされていた期間に発生した事故に係る労働者災害補償保険法の規定による保険給付（療養補償給付を除く。）及び労働者災害補償保険特別支給金支給規則（昭和四十九年労働省令第三十号）の規定による休業特別支給金の額の算定に用いる給付基礎日額については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the amount listed in the right column of Appended Table 4 prescribed in Article 22 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 8 of 1972) for the insurance year in which the basic daily benefit amount of a specified specially enrolled person was set at 1,000 yen, the provisions then in force continue to govern.

In paragraphs (2) and (3) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Labour Order No. 28 of 1983, a person doing the work listed in Article 46-18, item (iii) of the ordinance for enforcement of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (労働者災害補償保険法施行規則) whose basic daily benefit amount (給付基礎日額) had been set at 1,000 yen, before that Order came into effect, under Article 46-20, paragraph (1) of that ordinance as an earlier amending order read it.
