附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of February 1, 2021, and the provisions amending the column for the type of business in Appended Table 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance apply as of April 1, 2006, and the provisions amending the column for the rate to be multiplied by the contract amount in that table apply as of April 1, 2015.
この省令は、令和三年二月一日から施行し、労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則別表第二の事業の種類の欄の改正規定は平成十八年四月一日から適用し、同表の請負金額に乗ずる率の欄の改正規定は平成二十七年四月一日から適用する。
