Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

第一条（施行期日）

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1978.

この省令は、昭和五十三年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（様式に関する経過措置）

For the written declaration pertaining to the labor insurance premiums for the insurance year beginning on April 1, 1978, Form No. 6 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance may be used with the necessary revisions.

昭和五十三年四月一日から始まる保険年度の労働保険料に係る申告書については、労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則様式第六号に必要な改定をして使用することができる。

第三条（賃金総額の見込額の特例等に関する経過措置）

The amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Labour that relates to the prospective amount of total wages referred to in Article 1 of the Cabinet Order Establishing Transitional Measures concerning Payment, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance Accompanying Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Improvement of Employment of Construction Workers (hereinafter referred to as the "Transitional Measures Cabinet Order") is, according to the prospective amount of total wages listed in the following items, the amount prescribed in the respective items:

建設労働者の雇用の改善等に関する法律附則第四条の規定の施行に伴う労働保険の保険料の納付等に関する経過措置を定める政令（以下「経過措置政令」という。）第一条の賃金総額の見込額に係る労働省令で定める額は、次の各号に掲げる当該賃金総額の見込額に応じ、当該各号に定める額とする。

the prospective amount of total wages for the period from April 1, 1978 through September 30, 1978: of the total wages for all workers employed in the insurance year beginning on April 1, 1977 (hereinafter referred to as the "1977 insurance year"), the amount for the period from April 1, 1977 through September 30, 1977;

昭和五十三年四月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に係る当該賃金総額の見込額　昭和五十二年四月一日から始まる保険年度（以下「五十二保険年度」という。）に使用したすべての労働者に係る賃金総額のうち同年四月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に係るもの

the prospective amount of total wages for the period from October 1, 1978 through March 31, 1979: of the total wages for all workers employed in the 1977 insurance year, the amount for the period from October 1, 1977 through March 31, 1978.

昭和五十三年十月一日から昭和五十四年三月三十一日までの間に係る当該賃金総額の見込額　五十二保険年度に使用したすべての労働者に係る賃金総額のうち昭和五十二年十月一日から昭和五十三年三月三十一日までの間に係るもの

The amount specified by Order of the Ministry of Labour that relates to the prospective amount of total wages for elderly workers referred to in Article 1 of the Transitional Measures Cabinet Order is, according to the prospective amount of total wages for elderly workers listed in the following items, the amount prescribed in the respective items:

経過措置政令第一条の高年齢者賃金総額の見込額に係る労働省令で定める額は、次の各号に掲げる当該高年齢者賃金総額の見込額に応じ、当該各号に定める額とする。

the prospective amount of total wages for elderly workers for the period from April 1, 1978 through September 30, 1978: of the total wages for elderly workers pertaining to the elderly workers employed in the 1977 insurance year, the amount for the period from April 1, 1977 through September 30, 1977;

昭和五十三年四月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に係る当該高年齢者賃金総額の見込額　五十二保険年度に使用した高年齢労働者に係る高年齢者賃金総額のうち昭和五十二年四月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に係るもの

the prospective amount of total wages for elderly workers for the period from October 1, 1978 through March 31, 1979: of the total wages for elderly workers pertaining to the elderly workers employed in the 1977 insurance year, the amount for the period from October 1, 1977 through March 31, 1978.

昭和五十三年十月一日から昭和五十四年三月三十一日までの間に係る当該高年齢者賃金総額の見込額　五十二保険年度に使用した高年齢労働者に係る高年齢者賃金総額のうち昭和五十二年十月一日から昭和五十三年三月三十一日までの間に係るもの
