Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
The validity of the employment insurance stamp purchase book under Article 42, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance before amendment (including an employment insurance stamp purchase book that is to remain in the former form pursuant to the preceding Article; referred to as the "former purchase book" in the following Article) lasts until the last day of July 1994, notwithstanding Article 42, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance.
改正前の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第四十二条第一項の規定による雇用保険印紙購入通帳（前条の規定によりなお従前の様式によるものとされた雇用保険印紙購入通帳を含む。次条において「旧通帳」という。）の効力は、労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第四十二条第二項の規定にかかわらず、平成六年七月末日までとする。

In Articles 4 and 5 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Labour Order No. 36 of 1994, the employment insurance stamp purchase book (雇用保険印紙購入通帳) issued under Article 42, paragraph (1) of this Ordinance as it stood before that Order amended it, including one issued on the old form in July 1994; it ceased to be valid at the end of July 1994.
