Supplementary Provisions, Article 15
第十五条
If a person set forth in the following items (excluding a person to whom Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions applies) files, during the period from June 1, 2012 to November 30 of that year, a claim for certification under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act (including the case where it is applied by replacing terms pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act) or paragraph (2) of that Article, payment of child allowance to that person is to start from the month specified respectively in those items, notwithstanding Article 8, paragraph (2) of the New Child Allowance Act.
次の各号に掲げる者（附則第十三条の規定の適用を受ける者を除く。）が、平成二十四年六月一日から同年十一月三十日までの間に新児童手当法第七条第一項（新児童手当法第十七条第一項において読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）又は第二項の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する児童手当の支給は、新児童手当法第八条第二項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から始める。
A father or mother who is a child who has passed the first March 31 on or after the day on which that father or mother reaches the age of fifteen, and who, as of June 1, 2012, is currently admitted, together with a child before completion of lower secondary school who is the child of that father or mother (meaning a child before completion of lower secondary school prescribed in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) of the New Child Allowance Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and the following Article), to a facility designed to support persons with disabilities, etc. (meaning a facility designed to support persons with disabilities or Nozominosono prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (3), item (iii) of the New Child Allowance Act, or a relief facility, rehabilitation facility, or women's protection facility prescribed in item (iv) of that paragraph; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and the following Article), and thereby satisfies the requirements for payment of child allowance (limited to those pertaining to Article 4, paragraph (1), item (i) of the New Child Allowance Act): that month;
十五歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日を経過した児童である父又は母であって、平成二十四年六月一日において現にその子である中学校修了前の児童（新児童手当法第四条第一項第一号イに規定する中学校修了前の児童をいう。以下この条及び次条において同じ。）と障害者支援施設等（新児童手当法第三条第三項第三号に規定する障害者支援施設若しくはのぞみの園又は同項第四号に規定する救護施設、更生施設若しくは婦人保護施設をいう。以下この条及び次条において同じ。）に入所していることにより児童手当の支給要件（新児童手当法第四条第一項第一号に係るものに限る。）に該当しているもの 同月
a person who, as of June 1, 2012, is currently raising a child placed in a facility, etc. before completion of lower secondary school (meaning a child placed in a facility, etc. before completion of lower secondary school prescribed in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the New Child Allowance Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and the following Article) as the founder of a designated medical institution (meaning a designated medical institution prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the New Child Allowance Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article and the following Article), and who thereby satisfies the requirements for payment of child allowance (limited to those pertaining to Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the New Child Allowance Act): that month;
平成二十四年六月一日において指定医療機関（新児童手当法第三条第三項第二号に規定する指定医療機関をいう。以下この条及び次条において同じ。）の設置者として現に中学校修了前の施設入所等児童（新児童手当法第四条第一項第四号に規定する中学校修了前の施設入所等児童をいう。以下この条及び次条において同じ。）を養育していることにより児童手当の支給要件（新児童手当法第四条第一項第四号に係るものに限る。）に該当している者 同月
a father or mother who is a child who has passed the first March 31 on or after the day on which that father or mother reaches the age of fifteen, and who, by coming, during the period from June 1, 2012 to November 30 of the same year, to be admitted to a facility designed to support persons with disabilities, etc. together with the child before completion of lower secondary school who is that person's child, has come to satisfy the requirements for payment of child allowance (limited to those pertaining to Article 4, paragraph (1), item (i) of the New Child Allowance Act): the month following the month that includes the day on which that person came to satisfy those requirements for payment;
十五歳に達する日以後の最初の三月三十一日を経過した児童である父又は母であって、平成二十四年六月一日から同年十一月三十日までの間にその子である中学校修了前の児童と障害者支援施設等に入所することとなったことにより児童手当の支給要件（新児童手当法第四条第一項第一号に係るものに限る。）に該当するに至ったもの その者が当該支給要件に該当するに至った日の属する月の翌月
a person who has come to satisfy the requirements for payment of child allowance during the period from June 1, 2012 to November 30 of the same year, and who, on the day on which the person came to satisfy those requirements for payment, has come to fall under the persons listed in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the New Child Allowance Act by coming to raise a child placed in a facility, etc. before completion of lower secondary school as the founder of a designated medical institution: the month following the month that includes the day on which that person came to fall under the persons listed in that item.
平成二十四年六月一日から同年十一月三十日までの間に児童手当の支給要件に該当するに至った者であって、当該支給要件に該当するに至った日において、指定医療機関の設置者として中学校修了前の施設入所等児童を養育することとなったことにより新児童手当法第四条第一項第四号に掲げる者に該当するに至った者 その者が同号に掲げる者に該当するに至った日の属する月の翌月
