第十四条

If a person set forth in the following items files, during the period from June 1, 2012 to September 30 of that year, a claim for certification under Article 9, paragraph (1) of the New Child Allowance Act, revision of the amount of child allowance for that person is to be made from the month specified respectively in those items, notwithstanding that paragraph.

次の各号に掲げる者が、平成二十四年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に新児童手当法第九条第一項の規定による認定の請求をしたときは、その者に対する児童手当の額の改定は、同項の規定にかかわらず、それぞれ当該各号に定める月から行う。

A father or mother who has custody of a child before completion of lower secondary school and shares a livelihood with that child, and for whom the amount of child allowance has come to be increased by reason of having come to live together with that child before completion of lower secondary school during the period from June 1, 2012 to September 30 of that year: the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to live together with that child before completion of lower secondary school falls;

中学校修了前の児童を監護し、かつ、これと生計を同じくするその父又は母であって、平成二十四年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に当該中学校修了前の児童と同居することとなったことにより児童手当の額が増額することとなるに至ったもの その者が当該中学校修了前の児童と同居することとなった日の属する月の翌月

A person for whom the amount of child allowance has come to be increased by reason of having come to raise a child before completion of lower secondary school as a guardian of a minor, a parent's designee, or a person set forth in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the New Child Allowance Act during the period from June 1, 2012 to September 30 of that year: the month following the month in which the day on which the person came to raise that child before completion of lower secondary school falls.

平成二十四年六月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に未成年後見人、父母指定者又は新児童手当法第四条第一項第四号に掲げる者として中学校修了前の児童を養育することとなったことにより児童手当の額が増額することとなるに至った者 その者が当該中学校修了前の児童を養育することとなった日の属する月の翌月
