A designated compensation management organization is to carry out the following functions:
指定補償金管理機関は、次に掲げる業務を行うものとする。
functions related to the receipt of compensation paid pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2) of the following Article;
functions related to the receipt of compensation and collateral paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 67-2, paragraphs (1) and (5) (including as these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103) as applied with terms replaced pursuant to paragraph (3) of the following Article;
次条第三項の規定により読み替えて適用する第六十七条の二第一項及び第五項（これらの規定を第百三条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により支払われる補償金及び担保金の受領に関する業務
functions related to the management of compensation and collateral received pursuant to the provisions of the preceding two items;
前二号の規定により受領した補償金及び担保金の管理に関する業務
functions related to payment to copyright owners and owners of neighboring rights pursuant to the provisions of Article 67-2, paragraph (8) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103) as applied with terms replaced pursuant to paragraph (3) of the following Article and pursuant to paragraph (4) of the following Article;
次条第三項の規定により読み替えて適用する第六十七条の二第八項（第百三条において準用する場合を含む。）及び次条第四項の規定による著作権者及び著作隣接権者に対する支払に関する業務
functions related to the work protection and use facilitation project provided for in Article 104-22, paragraph (1).
第百四条の二十二第一項に規定する著作物等保護利用円滑化事業に関する業務
