Article 24-4Retention Period of Matters Notified by the Mayor of the Municipality of Departure to the Mayor of the Intended Destination Municipality
第二十四条の四（転出地市町村長から転入予定地市町村長への通知事項の保存期間）
The period specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 24-2, paragraph (4) of the Act is the period from the day on which the notification under paragraph (3) of that Article was given until the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the scheduled date of moving out notified under that paragraph.
法第二十四条の二第四項に規定する政令で定める期間は、同条第三項の規定による通知があつた日から、同項の規定により通知された転出の予定年月日から三十日を経過した日までの期間とする。
