This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures, etc. (December 2, 2024).
この政令は、行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和六年十二月二日）から施行する。
