Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 50 of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts for the Formation of a Digital Society (referred to as the "Arrangement Act" in paragraph (1) of the following Article and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions) (April 1, 2022; referred to as the "date of enforcement of Article 50 of the Arrangement Act" in Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions).
この政令は、デジタル社会の形成を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律（次条第一項及び附則第四条において「整備法」という。）第五十条の規定の施行の日（令和四年四月一日。附則第四条において「整備法第五十条施行日」という。）から施行する。
