This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Food Control Act (Act No. 81 of 1981; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (January 15, 1982).
この政令は、食糧管理法の一部を改正する法律（昭和五十六年法律第八十一号。以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（昭和五十七年一月十五日）から施行する。
