第二十五条（雇用対策法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 18 of the Employment Measures Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (iii)) apply to a person who, on or after the Effective Date, has engaged in searching for a job as prescribed in that item (excluding searching for a job in the case where benefits under the provisions of Article 18 of the Employment Measures Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article are being paid with regard to that job search) or has used services, and with regard to the payment of benefits related to searching for a job to a person who searched for a job over a wide geographical area before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前条の規定による改正後の雇用対策法第十八条（第三号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、施行日以後に同号に規定する求職活動（当該求職活動に関し、前条の規定による改正前の雇用対策法第十八条の規定による給付金が支給されている場合における当該求職活動を除く。）又は役務の利用をした者について適用し、施行日前に広範囲の地域にわたる求職活動をした者に対する当該求職活動に係る給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
