附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Defined Contribution Pension Act (May 1, 2018); provided, however, that the provisions of Article 8 and the following paragraph come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、確定拠出年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成三十年五月一日）から施行する。ただし、第八条及び次項の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
Necessary transitional measures for the enforcement of this Cabinet Order are specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
この政令の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、厚生労働省令で定める。
