附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2019; provided, however, that the provision in Article 1 amending Article 16 of the Cabinet Order on the Arrangement of Ministry of Finance-Related Cabinet Orders Incidental to Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures and the Act on Arrangement of Relevant Acts Incidental to Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures by adding one paragraph comes into effect as of April 1, 2020.
この政令は、平成三十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律及び行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律の施行に伴う財務省関係政令の整備に関する政令第十六条に一項を加える改正規定は、平成三十二年四月一日から施行する。
