This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization, an Incorporated Administrative Agency and the Act on Special Account for Petroleum and Energy Demand-Supply Structure Advancement Measures (July 20, 2006).
この政令は、独立行政法人新エネルギー・産業技術総合開発機構法及び石油及びエネルギー需給構造高度化対策特別会計法の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成十八年七月二十日）から施行する。
