Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Broadcasting Act, etc. (Act No. 65 of 2010; hereinafter referred to as the "Broadcasting Act, etc. Amendment Act") (June 30, 2011; hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
この政令は、放送法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十二年法律第六十五号。以下「放送法等改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成二十三年六月三十日。以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。
