附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date on which the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 enters into force for Japan; provided, however, that the provisions of Chapter 2 come into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act (May 1, 2013).
この政令は、二千六年の海上の労働に関する条約が日本国について効力を生ずる日から施行する。ただし、第二章の規定は、改正法附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十五年五月一日）から施行する。
