附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on January 1, 2017, and the provisions of Article 27, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Fund Order after the amendment under the provisions of Article 3 (including where applied mutatis mutandis with replacement of terms pursuant to Article 51, paragraph (2) of that Order) apply from the budget for fiscal year 2017 of the National Pension Fund or the National Pension Fund Association.
この政令は、平成二十九年一月一日から施行し、第三条の規定による改正後の国民年金基金令第二十七条第一項（同令第五十一条第二項において読み替えて準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、国民年金基金又は国民年金基金連合会の平成二十九年度の予算から適用する。
