This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the City Planning Act and the Building Standards Act (Act No. 67 of 1974) (April 1, 1975).
この政令は、都市計画法及び建築基準法の一部を改正する法律（昭和四十九年法律第六十七号）の施行の日（昭和五十年四月一日）から施行する。
