第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of part of the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") (October 1, 1999).
この政令は、雇用・能力開発機構法（以下「法」という。）の一部の施行の日（平成十一年十月一日）から施行する。
