第八条（収用に類するやむを得ない事由に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 93 (Unavoidable Grounds Similar to Expropriation) of the New Order apply to the unavoidable grounds prescribed in that Article that arise on or after January 1, 2017, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the unavoidable grounds prescribed in Article 93 (Unavoidable Grounds Similar to Expropriation) of the Former Order that arose before that date.
