第九条（特定公益信託の要件等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 217-2, paragraph (3) (limited to the portion pertaining to item (xii)) (Requirements, etc. for Specified Public Interest Trusts) of the New Order apply to money that an individual pays on or after the date specified in Article 1, item (v) (Effective Date) of the Supplementary Provisions to make it the trust property of a specified public interest trust prescribed in Article 78, paragraph (3) (Donation Deduction) of the New Act.
新令第二百十七条の二第三項（第十二号に係る部分に限る。）（特定公益信託の要件等）の規定は、個人が附則第一条第五号（施行期日）に定める日以後に新法第七十八条第三項（寄附金控除）に規定する特定公益信託の信託財産とするために支出する金銭について適用する。
