Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc. (Act No. 65 of 2008; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (December 12, 2008).
この政令は、金融商品取引法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十年法律第六十五号。以下「改正法」という。）の施行の日（平成二十年十二月十二日）から施行する。

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Cabinet Order No. 369 of 2008, short name for the 2008 Act partially amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws (Act No. 65 of 2008), which came into effect on 12 December 2008, the day Cabinet Order No. 369 of 2008 also came into effect.
