Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures regarding Requirements for and Approval of Specified Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Organizations

①The provisions of Article 73, paragraph (1) (Requirements for Specified Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Organizations) of the New Order apply to cases where the approval under that paragraph (including the approval of a change under Article 74, paragraph (5) (Approval of Specified Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Organizations) of the New Order) is received on or after the date specified in Article 1, item (iii) (Effective Date) of the Supplementary Provisions.

②The provisions of Article 74, paragraph (1) of the New Order apply to cases where a corporation referred to in that paragraph submits the written application under that paragraph on or after the date specified in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions then in force continue to govern cases where a corporation referred to in Article 74, paragraph (1) (Approval of Specified Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Organizations) of the Former Order submitted the written application under that paragraph before that date.
