Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Public Housing, etc. for the Improvement of the Supply System of Housing and Residential Land Using Public Funds (hereinafter referred to as the "Arrangement Act") (August 1, 2005).
この政令は、公的資金による住宅及び宅地の供給体制の整備のための公営住宅法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「整備法」という。）附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行の日（平成十七年八月一日）から施行する。

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Cabinet Order No. 255 of 2005, short name for the Act partially amending the Act on Public Housing and other laws to improve the system for supplying housing and residential land with public funds; Cabinet Order No. 255 of 2005 came into effect on 1 August 2005, when the provisions named in the proviso to Article 1 of that Act's supplementary provisions did.
