第六条（公的年金等の受給者の扶養親族等申告書の提出ができない公的年金等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 319-7 (Public Pensions or Retirement Packages for Which a Return for Dependents, etc. by a Recipient of a Public Pension or Retirement Package Cannot Be Submitted) of the New Order apply to a public pension or retirement package prescribed in Article 203-5, paragraph (1) (Return for Dependents, etc. by a Recipient of a public pension or retirement package) of the New Act that is to be paid on or after January 1, 2005, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a public pension or retirement package prescribed in Article 203-5, paragraph (1) (Return for Dependents, etc. by a Recipient of a public pension or retirement package) of the Former Act that was to be paid before that date.
新令第三百十九条の七（公的年金等の受給者の扶養親族等申告書の提出ができない公的年金等）の規定は、平成十七年一月一日以後に支払を受けるべき新法第二百三条の五第一項（公的年金等の受給者の扶養親族等申告書）に規定する公的年金等について適用し、同日前に支払を受けるべき旧法第二百三条の五第一項（公的年金等の受給者の扶養親族等申告書）に規定する公的年金等については、なお従前の例による。
