Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning the Scope of Government Subsidy or Its Equivalent

Article 89, items (v) and (vii) (Scope of Government Subsidies or Their Equivalents) of the New Order apply to the grants or subsidies prescribed in those provisions that an individual receives on or after the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and for the subsidies prescribed in Article 89, item (iv) (Scope of Government Subsidies or Their Equivalents) of the Former Order that an individual received before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
